Cranberry Nuts Bar
1. Whole roasted nuts like almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts.
2. Cranberries.
3. Honey.
Half crush a handful of cranberries in the mixer. Add roasted whole nuts to it and mix. Add honey to give it a binding texture. Mix well. Spread it in a tin. Cut it into required size bars. Enjoy guilt free.
Rajgira & Veggie Chilla
Mix rajgira atta with grated veggies of choice. Add salt, pepper, ginger, green chilli and coriander to it. Add curd and water to make a batter consistency. Heat a pan and spread small pancakes. Serve with green chutney.
Jowar Puff Chat
1. Jowar puff chilli chataka- 1 pack.
2. Veggies finely cut - tomatoes, onions, coloured bell peppers .
3. Green chutney.
4. wedge of lemon.
5. sprouts - optional
Microwave or oven dry jowar puff for the extra crunch.
To it add all the ingredients and mix well.

1) Heat a pan and sauté onion potatoes and asparagus ( cut all in big pieces)
2) pressure cook all the vegetables with 500ml water
3) Blend all of them and strain it if required
4) Boil the mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.

3) Boil and then add orange juice slowly and salt and pepper according to your taste.

3) In a pan heat ginger juice add salt add the tomato pieces, churned yogurt, 250 ml water and mint leaves finely chopped. Shake the mixture constantly.

Don’t boil the mixture as it may spoil the consistency of yoghurt
